Main tasks	Installing, programming and operating Cisco Unified Communications and Contact Center systems Installing and supporting the software products of TC&C Network operation Testing Participation in hot-line service
Requirements	Knowledge of: Installation and operation of Cisco network devices (switches, routers) Windows OS (client, server) Telecommunication protocols MySQL, MSSQL database servers Conversational level of English Driving license
Advantage	Knowledge of: Cisco ASA, Cisco IPsec (VPN, Firewall) Windows OS (client, server), VMWare Esxi and Linux - higher level Cisco CCNA, CCVP qualification Wireshark
